It is a holistic therapy that focuses on self-care through wellness techniques. We aims to treat the entire face, including your skin, your muscles and your mind. It brings your own balance to the physical, mental and emotional aspects.

Face yoga includes a series of facial exercises and massages, acupressure points, relaxation, breathing techniques and wellness habits.

Founder of FACE YOGA VOLE, I grew up in Brussels and moved to France in 2007. For the past decade, I’ve been living between France and California. Open-minded and always a step ahead of my time, I love to travel and embrace different cultures.

As a sustainable living advocate, I’ve decided to put all my heart and energy into a cause that I believe is so important for women: Natural Beauty.


I’ve been into dance, meditation, and nutrition since I was a teen. But discovering yoga in 2002 was a game-changer, and meeting facial yoga in 2021 blew my mind! In 2023, I earned my Facial Yoga Teacher certification with Danielle Collins, and in 2024, I advanced my expertise with Sylvie Lefranc.

FOR ME, FACIAL YOGA IS JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG—IT’S PART OF A MUCH BIGGER WELLNESS JOURNEY.

MY APPROACH.
You can totally feel amazing in your face, mind, and spirit, all with natural practices. I’m all about showing you easy routines with clean, simple skincare, while emphasizing that real beauty starts with balance inside. Stress management—using breathing and visualization—is at the heart of my method. In a world where we’re all constantly overwhelmed I really focus on the importance of listening to your body and reconnecting with yourself, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
